I-OCTANE, DAMION & STEPHEN MARLEY TO ELECTRIFY AT LIFE FEST 2010
Damion and Stephen Marley, undoubtedly two of Jamaica’s mega international stars, are set to give exhilarating performances at the Ranny Williams Entertainment Centre when the Carlyle Foundation presents Life Fest Peace & Love Concert 2010 on Saturday May 1st.
The Marley brothers will be joined on stage by international recording sensations Jazmine Sullivan, Liam Bailey & Alison Hines, who promise to keep the crowd well entertained with a mixture of Reggae, R&B & Soca Music. In addition, Jamaican icons King Shango (Capleton), Queen Ifrica, I Octane, Richie Spice & Spragga Benz are sure to offer up soul stirring, motivating and uplifting performances with their strong culturally influenced chart topping catalogues. Whilst, the ever popular Konshens, Chino, & Laden will entertain the crowd with their well known hit making tunes.
Life Fest will be hosted by 106 & Park’s first hostess, Free and Jamaica’s own DJ Bambino. Following on last year’s inaugural family centred staging which provided good clean entertainment for everyone, show promoters are offering a concert with a difference by featuring a VIP section to cater to those desirous of perks such as an ideal view with in a comfortable and relaxed setting.
Event Coordinator D.Escoffery of D'Empire Management highlighted that “The cost to enter Ranny Williams will be minimal, affording those the opportunity who would like to be a part of this incredible line-up the chance to do so without breaking the budget.” He also noted that proceeds from the show will be donated to the Carlyle Foundation.
The foundation was established in 2009 to assist deserving high/secondary school achievers who have demonstrated the ability to excel academically in their future endeavours.
